“I've heard that these guys make almost everything in house. So, the bread, the spreads, the egg yolk, mayo, the pate, they've got a whole host of different banh mi. I think we're just going to go for classic crispy pork. Super impressed with the heft here. The amount of pork is unreal. It is loaded with big juicy bits of pork. But it's not all about size. There's a lot of flavour in there, too. It's very, very nice to eat. Would absolutely come back here again for sure. It's very good.”

“This place is called Dodee Paidang and it is always a surprise when you you come in here cause it's very big... they do just great street food classics... The pad kra pao is a really popular workers lunch... The curries are just rich and creamy... it packs a punch it's quite spicy it's really good... The pork leg just melts in your mouth it's really aromatic... it's beautiful... it's a go-to for us whenever we're in Melbourne it's delicious.”

“Heartbaker Bun Me and it is so cute it's up this tiny little laneway it's a little takeaway only window tucked up this laneway really cute spot... we actually opted for the combo Vietnamese coffee and a crispy pork banh mi... this is a crispy pork belly one covered in fried shallots but it's still got all those traditional elements like pickled carrot daikon coriander there's some Pate in there chilli.”
