Terms of Service
The short version
SendLoco is a free service, operated by Wassl OÜ (registered in Estonia), that helps travellers find places recommended by creators. Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don’t scrape our data, don’t impersonate creators, and treat the people running the businesses we list with respect.
Content
The videos embedded on SendLoco belong to the creators who made them, we link out to the original source in every case. Business information (names, addresses, ratings) comes from public sources and Google Maps. Creator tips are paraphrased summaries of public statements in creator videos; text shown in quotation marks is quoted verbatim from the source video. A “pick” is a place a creator featured positively in their own public content, every pick links to the original video so you can see exactly what they said. Creators featured on SendLoco are not affiliated with us unless their profile is marked as claimed.
Accuracy
We do our best to keep place and creator data accurate, but things change fast, restaurants close, prices rise, creators delete videos. We don’t guarantee accuracy, and we recommend confirming details before you travel. If you spot something wrong, please use the contact page to let us know.
Creator claims
Creators featured on SendLoco can claim their profile to manage their own recommendations, dispute trust labels, or opt out entirely. see the contact page.
Liability
SendLoco is provided “as is.” We’re not responsible for anything that happens at a place you found through us, including but not limited to bad meals, long queues, or disappointing rooftop bars.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from your use of SendLoco are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes will be resolved by the Estonian courts (Harju County Court, Tallinn). If you use SendLoco as a consumer in the European Union, this doesn’t affect any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings there.
