“We hopped down the street to the White Hart Pub, which is the oldest licensed premises in London. Woah, we love a law-abiding establishment. It was a cute spot, and it felt only right to start with a Guinness and a plate of fish and chips. And yeah, this was great. The Guinness was quite good and beautiful, and the fish was hot, crunchy, flaky, and perfect with the tartar sauce.”

shopping

“Then it was time for Borough Market. According to Wikipedia, a Borough Market is a wholesale and retail market hall in Southwark, London. It is one of the largest and oldest food markets in London with a market on the site dating back to at least the 12th century. The present buildings were built in the 1850s and today the market mainly sells specialty foods to the general public. And today it sells tasty British fare to Keith and Becky. Now, for me, I love food markets in general.”
