In their own words: “One of the most beloved 茶餐厅 is the famed Australian Dairy Co, 澳洲牛奶公司 located in Jordan. Australian Dairy Company was founded in 1970 by the Tang family and over the years, it has earned a reputation for its high quality dairy ingredients which are specially imported from Australia. Not surprising, the food there is impressive. We ordered the iconic meal set consisting of Butter Toast, Sunny Side Up and Ham. And we also ordered Spaghetti with Char Siew and Hong Kong Style Milk Tea; and I have to say, it does live up to its reputation of being one of the best 茶餐厅 in Hong Kong.”
