In their own words: “After the speakeasy heyday in Paris, the city's cocktail scene has really evolved with places like this: Cravan. And it's the perfect spot before dinner or for a nightcap. The focus is on a fermented tea from Maison Ogata. Inside, we add a sake with a slight chocolaty note, and an almost unaged cognac that brings white-almond and white-flower aromas. It’s quite well-rounded yet powerful at the same time. This was fantastic.”
