Drum Tower and Bell Tower

Climb to the top of both towers for panoramic views of the Hutongs and to learn about their historical role in timekeeping.

In their own words: “This is the drum tower behind me and that is the bell tower. These two towers are the tallest buildings in the entire Hutongs so everybody will be able to recognize where these two locations are... It is actually pretty interesting to see the hutong from all the way up here.”
