In their own words: “there's a brand new restaurant that's opened its really little kind of petite neighborhood eatery in Surry Hills called Fauna. You walk in and it's so cozy and calming and warm. It's an Italian restaurant, but it is kind of a European style cooking, with Australian ingredients. Mostly Italian dishes, but they incorporating a lot of local and native ingredients. You'll see there's like a kangaroo Thai tile, as well as your classic carbonara, a delightfully glazed pork belly, and arancini balls. The one of margaritas is really refreshing and yummy. They've also got a pretty nice wine list.”
