In their own words: “Another iconic Cha Chaan Teng in Hong Kong is Honolulu Café in Wanchai. It is known for its traditional Cha Chaan Teng style of food. Most people go to Honolulu Cafe for their egg tarts, which are smoothly filled and fluffy crusted. We visited Honolulu cafe for dinner and ordered a Stir Fried Beef Noodles and Baked Rice with Pork Chop in Tomato Sauce. The food is simple and the experience is authentic.”
