In their own words: “For dinner, we’re checking out what looks like the biggest restaurant on Mae Kampong street. For our appetizer, we had Khao Kriab Pak Mor that we just picked up. This is a Thai snack made of soft rice flour crepes filled with a lightly seasoned coconut and minced filling We ordered beef noodles and pork ribs, which feels perfect for a windy, cold night in Mae Kampong.”
