In their own words: “next up is I am vegan babe one of our favorite spots in Canggu the vibe is classic Bali there's lots of natural materials and lots of light flooding into the space it's adjacent to Paddy fields and the blue skies and terracotta tile roofs complete the color palette we have really appreciated how consistently good everything is and we think there are a couple of exceptional plates this Quessadilla is fantastic it's buttery and cheesy and the beans and peppers are perfectly cooked and seasoned and this omelette is the best omelette I've had since turning vegan it's made using Tofu skin so it's quite different from an omelette but I think I like this even more than I liked omelets.”
