In their own words: “This is La Noche, a subway speakeasy and tapas bar with a 1500 person waitlist. Here, we'll have just a few light bites given. We have a flight to catch. And I'll start with this drink called the Tokyo Rose. This is a citrusy, floral, aromatic drink that hits the spot and is just what I needed before diving into some of this tapas. And I'm immediately drawn to this tuna tartare, which is served with a spicy mayo and yuzu.”
