There are basically three markets that you have to visit no matter what, when you arrive here in the city, and this one in particular is to try authentic Oaxacan cuisine, friends. This little corridor in particular is so original. It's called the 'smoke corridor' because as soon as you walk in, look, different types of meat are on display for you to eat roast beef. It smells so good, friends. What a delight! And this is an experience for all the senses because, in addition to the meats on display, you also feel the smoke. In fact, that's why it's called the 'smoke corridor.'”

You enter the 20th of November market through the Hall of Smoke, which is where there are loads of barbecue stalks. And it's a great market to try, some authentic dishes. And one thing you can try here are grasshoppers and other interesting insects that you can eat.”
