In their own words: “But then we found one of the branches of Panmiel. They have several branches in Barcelona. Inside is kind. And you put that This is called P. Put in there. And then you eat. This is my favorite food. Colombian food. It's called a paparena. Basically inside it, it's the most wonderful thing inside. It's got meat. Oh yeah, that's it. And it's got an egg. Meat, rice, and egg. Usually they normally can put whatever they want in it, but different places put different things in. It's very filling. It's almost like a Cornish pasty in England.”
