In their own words: “One of the best culinary experiences we had in Czech Republic was actually in a small town outside of Prague called Pilson. It's the birthplace of one of the most famous beers in the world, the Pilzer. We went to the restaurant in that very same brewery that was opened all those years ago and we got this classic check combo, grilled sausage and pork neck.”
