In their own words: “This restaurant, for example, we stumbled into because the smell was overwhelmingly good. And we got two Czech classics. This ended up being our favorite meal in Prague, and it was some of the coolest stuff. It was just brazed beef as well as roasted pork, but it was served with the pickled sauerkraut, the bread dumplings, and the super super rich gravy.”
