In their own words: “This is Taka Plaza and it's located on Pham Ngu Lao Street near the backpacker area. Not many people know about this place. One is because it's fairly new, it just opened in 2020, and secondly because its location is underground. I find this place pleasant to shop because it's not crowded and it's air conditioned, which is great for a hot day. Also, the sellers are not as aggressive, so that makes a much more pleasant shopping experience.”
