In their own words: “Another Cha Chaan Teng that is definitely worth visiting is 华嫂冰室 , also located in Wan Chai. 华嫂 is a crowded lunch spot for the Wan Chai working crowd and is popular for their rich tomato soup noodles, 波罗油 and their Hong Kong Milk Tea. The interior of the Cha Chaan Teng is modern and the seats are more comfortable compared to the usual hush-and-rush Hong Kong Cafes. The portion was generous so remember not to over-order. We also tried their Signature Bolo Bun Sandwich, which consists of a bolo bun stuffed with a slab of butter, a thick slice of tomato and an egg.”
