In their own words: “White Rose Restaurant is the home of the rose-shaped white rose dumplings that are unique to Hoi An. And the recipe is closely guarded by the third generational family who have provided up to 3,000 a day of these dumplings across Hoi An. Steamed dumplings made of rice, flour, and water from the Ba Le Well. Then filled with pork, shrimp, and mushrooms. Topped up with crispy spring onion and shallots. This is a truly light and refreshing dish.”

In their own words: “Ne po e fillojmë ditën tonë të lirë këtu në këtë restorant ikonik për disa dumplings shumë unike që janë vendase në Hoi an dhe ato bëhen vetëm këtu në këtë restorant. Kjo do të jetë super, super e veçantë. ... Dhe, ajo që në fakt i bën ata vërtet të veçantë është se ato janë bërë me ujin e pusit Bale, i cili është një pus shumë i lashtë këtu në Hoi An, i cili ende funksionon edhe sot e kësaj dite. Pra, njerëzit thonë se ju nuk mund të merrni shijen e këtyre petave askund tjetër në botë, sepse ata përdorin atë ujë nga ai pus.”
