“So I'm starting off the morning at Warung Men Runtu and I've got a question? Does fruit salad go with chilli sauce? and does rice cake go well with peanut sauce? let's go across and find out... that whole meal the three dishes plus the Es Daluman came to 53,000 rupiah $5.30 (AUD) I wouldn't normally eat three dishes but I just wanted to see exactly what they made so you could probably come here and have a good meal for under $3.”

“I've headed straight down to the beach and I'm now in amphibia because I want to try a seafood platter there... For $11 a little seafood platter that has the fish it's got a couple of scallops few little prawns some calamari and half a little bug... one of the big things I like about amphibia I've seen guys come in in their wet suit still carrying the fish that they've just got out in the ocean it is always fresh here.”

“I've come indoors to Mona Lisa it's one of my favourite restaurants in Sanur and I'm going to have the Tuna Pepes comes with rice and vegetables and also the Kangkung which is a water spinach dish... I get that every time I come to Mona Lisa it's one of the places in Bali that I know that every time I come here the food's going to be spot on I've got no affiliation with it it's just great food.”

“So that was Tapha Warung a great start now I'm going to walk down the beach and we'll go get that next meal which I reckon everybody that goes to Bali should try especially on their first day... That's a really good peanut sauce nice and silky just how I like it... 10 out of 10 for these these are a really good Satay.”

“So here we go Mie Goreng or Nasi Goreng what's the difference... that's pretty good and that's chock full of things like beans I can see carrots spinach there's some spring onion in there whole lot of vegetables in that one... that's lovely as well so that's exactly the same that's full of I can see beans carrots again cabbage... that's nice that's grilled pork on there that's beautiful actually.”

“I'm here this morning at Nasi Bali Men Weti and we're going to try the Nasi Bali ayam which is a chicken with Balinese Spice... I've seen this place a lot online you can come here some mornings and it might have 100 people lined up it's very popular especially around that 7:00 till 9:00 in the morning period and very much on Sundays”

“Warung Mak Beng and we're going to try fish head soup which is a delicacy in this area... This fish head soup is absolutely amazing and the cucumber in it at first I thought it was quite odd but it really takes on the flavour it's a really good addition to a soup.”

“what else do you recommend what's good this beef rendang beef rendang perfect... that's a really nice rendang paste it's not over the top it's not spicy but it's got that punch of flavour you expect with a good rendang this is really nice... that's really good I'd come back just for the rendang”

“we have Nasi Bubur it's a rice porridge Bubur being the the wet rice and this is really a Nasi Campur which has got rice in there it's got Urab which is a spinach and bean sprout mix it's got an egg it's got a lot of sambal in there and it's got the chicken which is a shredded chicken... yeah I could have this for breakfast just about every morning this is delicious”

“head down to Warung Jawa Moro Seneng and get the real deal so this is your normal Pandang style of food where you come up to the window the food's been cooked that morning and you just select what you want... the food's fresh they've got three people cooking in the kitchen all day you're not going to get a better meal”
