“Arepa de Choclo bei Arrechócolas ... And on top quite a lot of cheese. And this salty cheese on top gives it a really good contrast. It looks like a lot of cheese, but it's a really light, fluffy cheese. Taste-wise between cream cheese and mozzarella, I would say. ... Yeah, I think the combo here is great.”

“Empanada Tradicional bei Empanadas La Catedral ... And they are a bit different here. Most of them are fried or they are always fried. Traditionally at least, yes. Yes. And they are not in a wheat shell, but in a corn shell. ... And then filled with all kinds of stuff. We now have a 'Tradicional'. Exactly, and that means with beef and potatoes. And it's really tasty I have to say. Yeah. You can get them vegetarian too. I think it's just really well seasoned because I think there's also leeks - there's some kind of leek in it.
