In their own words: “Beastro deell has been here for over 120 years. And when Eduardo was trying to get this lease 3 and a half years ago, he was bidding against the guy who wants to turn it into like a Pokéball restaurant. The landlord wanted it to stay this true French classic and so gave it to Eduardo because he was going to carry on that historic dream. So this is one of Paris's busiest beastro but this is one of the smallest commercial kitchens I've seen. This is where you come if you want those really good French classics but done to another level.”
