In their own words: “moving on an incredibly strong start for New York City proof that NYC street food is not only served from a food truck or a cart like our next spot belian llama party there's no dining in it's just a window on the street... we are at probably my favorite place in all of New York City it's Bolivian llama party they specialize in Bolivian food what we have right in front of us is the beef saltena it's a mix of a soup dumpling and an empanada wow look at this beautiful dough toasted in the bottom it's braided by hand I mean I love it... It's like a god tier like Michelin level Hot Pocket I've never heard that before absolutely delicious.”

Don't miss their legendary saltenas, a unique soupy dumpling-empanada hybrid, or try their New York Times-praised fried chicken sandwich.
In their own words: “Bolivian llama party wins her best restaurant name on this video first of all you know this is going to be good considering they're the only Bolivian restaurant in the entire city you come here for their legendary saltenas which are just $545 the best way to describe it is like a soupy dumpling meeting and Empanada each suena is ham braided and takes 3 days to make it's a soupy base mixed with chicken peas carrots potatoes and egg the funnest part is actually eating them shake them take a bite and unleash a flavor explosion it's a whole meal wrapped up in one an empanada on steroids put on some extra green sauce and this is the kind of unique dish that you'd have to fly to South America to find but taking the seven train of Queens is just a lot cheaper if you still have any appetite left for $12 their fried chicken sandwich has actually been marked as one of the best in the city by the New York Times the chicken is marinated in a Bolivian beer crispy and juicy if they just sold this sandwich they would be doing very well but you have so many options to work with they only have outdoor dining so pick a nice day and swing by for some affordable Taste of Bolivia”
