In their own words: “Good morning from Vienna it's a bit gray morning but we continue with our food tour and behind me is Boro Bäckerei - the Boro Bakery and here we're going to enjoy some great pastries so let's check it out. This bakery doesn't offer typical Austrian food but we had to stop here because they make fresh Burek on the spot... Incredibly crispy and crunchy the top layer and then inside they're nice and soft and then the cheese as well, let's go with the first bite. Very good 'Burek' the top layer as I expected quite crunchy, crispy then these layers they all separate this is how it should be.”
