In their own words: “by accident, we found another cha ca thang long but this one had the michelin sign it wasn't open yet, so we decided to walk around this looks more like the actual restaurant 6B DUONG THANH STREET the set is 176,000 VND per person cha ca (catfish with turmeric, spring onions and dill) you have this big, beautiful bowl of green onions and dill to use to cook the fish so fragrant the fish is so moist and flavorful snakehead fish is used traditionally the set comes with fried fish spring rolls woah, the dill is so good fish cha gio (fried spring roll) our new favorite vietnamese dish so we finally ate at cha ca thanh long and, plot twist, we almost went to the wrong one again so if you want to eat at the one we ate at it looks like this so it's supposed to have the michelin markings and you need to go to 6B duong thanh street”
