In their own words: “So we are inside of 'Chees & More' shop and this is part of Henri Willig cheese production this is a family-owned company from Netherlands but they have shops and production all around Germany and Austria and this is all Gouda cheese and it looks amazing smells amazing different colors different tastes but I have here 'The Farmer's' - the typical Gouda cheese this is handmade cheese and it smells beautiful has a nice color, so let's go. That's that recognizable Gouda cheese taste but again it has this aftertaste that you don't get in industrial cheese, quite, quite nice. And then I also got to try this goat cheese another handmade cheese and this is mid-aged cheese.”
