In their own words: “Behind me is Damascus Shawarma. And these are the biggest shawarmas that I've seen up to date. They are immense with their size. We are at Damascus Shawarma, one of the many shawarma places around Kuala Lumpur. And while this is not a local food, these places have exploded since early 2000s. And the local people accepted them quite well. So this has become an integral part of Kuala Lumpur cuisine as well.”
