Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle

Brave the often long queue to savor their famous Michelin-starred bak chor mee, a rich and flavorful minced pork noodle dish.

In their own words: “Welcome to Singapore. We're here at Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle to try their bak chor mee, their minced pork noodle. They are the only one Michelin star hawker stall in all of Singapore. They got that star in 2016 and still have it to this day. Chef has always been insistent that this should be an everyday luxury. It should be a luxurious experience.”

Try their signature Bak Chor Mi, a dry-style noodle dish tossed in black vinegar, chili paste, soy, and pork lard.

In their own words: “We are heading to Tai Hwa pork noodles They use a lot of the offcuts also the uh the organs, For me as a chef it's like a kind of a nose-to-tail eating over here Super famous You never know it if you walked in here, Behind us is one of the only Michelin stars in the world.. obviously focused on food.”

Join the queue for their famous Bak Chor Mee (minced meat noodles), an 80-year-old recipe featuring springy noodles, minced pork, pork liver, and a perfectly blended sauce with vinegar and chili.

Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle is famous for its delectable Bak Chor Mee (minced meat noodles). The stall was established over 80 years ago. The recipe has been passed down through generations, preserving its authentic taste and distinct character.”
