In their own words: “Five dollars in New York buys you very little. However, it does buy you this, one of the best dumping spots in Chinatown. We're on Henry Street, not a very touristy one, but Jin Mei Dumplings. How are they doing that? Fifteen dumplings? These are pork and chive fried dumplings. They're fried and steamed. It's very aggressively fried on one side, so you get a real crunch. It works out 33 cents a dumpling. It was very good value for money.”
