In their own words: “We are at a place called Kadai Mamak Husin. This is a local restaurant and these guys here make Indian Malay food and then there's this tandoor here which is fired up very hot and producing some incredible naan bread and other foods. Naan bread gets glued to the walls inside. And then also there are some shish kebabs, chicken skewers and some other meats that are also baked and grilled here. This is a fast-paced, very busy restaurant.”
