In their own words: “We’re at Khao Soi Islam restaurant in the town... So, khao soi for breakfast. We got beef and chicken. Curry coconut broth, meat, noodles, and deep-fried noodles on top... Our verdict? First khao soi experience in Chiang Mai. Pretty good. Hard to compare since it’s our first here. The broth was lightly seasoned, so I added fish sauce. Needed a little more salt for me. Still nice. Good that they used coconut milk not cream, because by the end it was rich enough. Not bland, there are a lot of flavours, but it needed seasoning.”
