Kitchen One (大壹燒鵝)

While famous for roast goose, the BBQ pork is a must-try, so good you'll want to take some home.

In their own words: “大壹燒鵝 at 登輝大廈, Causeway Bay, is an acclaimed eatery with multiple awards and culinary titles. It is famous for its roasted goose, and barbecued pork. When Lilian and I visited this restaurant, we were quite surprised how unassuming it is. We came to try the roast goose but the star of the meal for us was the bbq pork. In fact, the BBQ pork was so good that we needed to tapao some and carried it all the way back to Singapore for the family to try. The goose skin was crispy too. It was so well cooked and tasty. Service is also surprisingly very good, with friendly and helpful staff attending”
