In their own words: “Today, I'm taking you deep into the heart of Arashiyama, past the swaying bamboo forests, to discover a hidden culinary treasure called 'Sushi Daizen'. I had the wonderful opportunity to sit at the counter and film Chef Yokoyama... the absolute highlight has to be the seasonal specialty: steamed sushi (mushi-zushi). Since fewer and fewer places serve this warm, fluffy sushi these days, it was my very first time trying it, and honestly, it was so unbelievably good that it practically melted in my mouth!”
