In their own words: “this is Wat Koh a Buddhist temple that's been here long before the street became what it is today the main hall is under renovation right now but you can still head up to the second floor to pray Art and Seada brought me to a shrine on the right side of the main hall a place locals come to pray this is the Mae Boon Ruen Shrine she's the spiritual centre here known for her meditation people come here for blessings and guidance but then look at this threads extend from her statue reaching beyond the building what starts here doesn't stay here it spreads it connects not decoration but intention and Wat Koh means island temple this area used to be surrounded by canals now it's surrounded by the city but when you are inside the city just fades away here's something most people don't notice about Song Wat”
