In their own words: “For the ultimate bird's eye view, we visited Abeno Harukas, currently the tallest building in the city. Standing at 300 meter or 985 feet tall, the Harukas 300 observatory offers a stunning panorama of the entire Kansai region, including views of the distant Kyoto, Osaka Bay, and the Rokko Mountains.”

Head to the 60th-floor observatory for stunning, less crowded panoramic views of Osaka, including Kobe and Tsutenkaku Tower.
In their own words: “Not many foreign tourists know this, but this is the second tallest building in Japan. And that is why the view from all the way up there is stunning... it still offers one of the clearest panoramic views of Osaka. It's a nice place. I recommend it.”

Ascend to the Harukas 300 Observatory for breathtaking 360-degree views of Osaka from Japan's second-tallest building.
In their own words: “Abeno Harukas is located about a 10-minute walk from Tennoji Zoo. It's a complex commercial facility that opened in 2014 and is directly connected to Tennoji Station. It's currently the 2nd tallest building in Japan. The must-visit spot here is the observation deck. First, take the elevator to the 16th floor. On this floor, there is a garden you can enter for free. This garden is located at a height of about 80 meters, which is higher than Osaka Castle. Now, let's head to the observation deck. The admission fee is 2,000 yen for adults. You can buy tickets online in advance, but the ticket counter doesn't usually have long lines, so it's also okay to buy them on the day of your visit. You'll arrive from the 16th to the 60th floor in about 45 seconds by elevator. This is the Harukas 300 Observatory. It's located at a height of 300 meters above ground, which is about 5 times the height of Osaka Castle and about twice the height of the Umeda Sky Building. You can enjoy special views that can't be seen elsewhere. The 60th floor is indoors, but the 58th floor is open-air. You can feel the breeze while spending time here, so it's relaxing. You'll have plenty of fun in about an hour.”
