In their own words: “I saw this place online, we love good coffee. This place works with about 300 micro-farmers around Oaxaca so all the coffee that they use here is sourced from the state of Oaxaca, which is really cool. They have sort of a sustainability practice, they want to make sure it's like environmentally friendly and then they also want to support small farmers especially like indigenous farmers and they also support like women farmers. It's always great when we can find a good coffee shop but then it makes it 10 times a million times better actually when we find a restaurant or a coffee shop that has this give back component.”
