In their own words: “how is it it's so good first time trying Bánh Mì vegan it's so good it's really good there is no word to like describe about this I really enjoy it the outer layer super crunchy you can hear the sound cracking the crunchiness mixed well with the smoothness of pate I know it's not meat but it does give you an umami flavour right this mix well with the vegetable and of course a little bit of chillies to kind of like enhance it I would say 99% 95 to 99% similar to the the meat version and then you have to do like a blind taste you cannot recognize the difference between the vegan version and the original version really nice”
