The restaurant is famous for its wonton noodles and other Cantonese noodle dishes. The wantons at Chef Kang's Noodle House are another highlight food. They are made by chef's hands one by one at the restaurant. Inside the wanton, a big piece of shrimp is in, not only minced shrimp.”
