In their own words: “I had it from this little place called paolinas or paulinas where locals suggest that they still make chavabi the way that they did when they were younger when they were kids chavabi is like Kebab but the Croatian version and it's quite peculiar because they make it into small meatballs not around though in a very interesting but laughy and soft bread and it was very very very cheap it is usually eaten with a garlicky cheesy sauce or a roasted pepper and eggplant sauce called Ivar but after following the suggestion of a local I've eaten it with both and I have to say it blew my mind chevapi is truly a very unique version of kebab but with the combination of the meat that amazing bread and the two sauces is just delightful”
