In their own words: “The first place I came to was the north side of Dotonbori. I came to "Hokkyokusei Shinsaibashi Main Store". It is said that this is the birthplace of omurice. I was curious and tried it. The shop is said to be a sukiya-style building built in 1950. The inside of the store was a calm Japanese-style room. I would like to order the standard chicken omelet rice (920 yen). This is the origin of omelet rice. Plenty of sauce. It's delicious♪ It's a gentle taste. The combination of moist ketchup rice and eggs is a no-brainer. The tomato sauce is mild. It is not so sour and easy to eat. Egg dishes are delicious today♪ Simple is the best combination.”
