In their own words: “Last night, I bought it at "Honnikaku" in Dotonbori. Oh, it's beautiful♪ If it's your first time, it doesn't look like sushi. Sushi is wrapped in a thin egg. It contains rice with shrimp and conger eel on the surface. Nori seaweed and shiitake mushrooms are mixed in fist-sized vinegared rice. It looks like a painting from any angle. This morning, I will have this elegant drawstring sushi for breakfast. It's delicious♪ Conger eel goes well with refreshing vinegared rice. The conger eel is also flavored and has a response to eating. The thin egg is also soft and moist. Moderately sweet. Shrimp also has a good texture. It is sushi with volume and luxurious feeling.”
