In their own words: “We decided on this place called Phở Thế Béo and it turned out to be great and quick tip for travelling in Vietnam, if a place opens super early like this one at 5am then it's probably pretty authentic, since no tourists will be waking up that early and we opted for their cheapest option, the phở bò tái at 30k Dong... Also, if you didn't notice the server is zooming about on a hoverboard, so I think it's worth coming here just to witness that...”
