In their own words: “It is a popular takoyaki store with a wide variety of menu besides takoyaki. Lots of people line up every day during lunch time. This store has a wide variety of takoyaki and we can enjoy many different flavors. This time we chose the most popular takoyaki. It is a gorgeous takoyaki topped with a soft-boiled egg and green onions. There is also a sauce flavor but this time we chose the especially popular dashi shoyu flavor. The crispy texture of the dough and the green onions has a nice texture. The mayonnaise is creamy and generously spread on the takoyaki. The inside is soft and melts in your mouth! The octopus is also cut into large pieces so it is very satisfying. It becomes creamier when it is mixed with soft-boiled eggs.”
